Solution Sales Professional

As a Solutions Sales, your key objective will be development of new business by establishing new relationships as well as managing the existing relationships and meet your solution sales targets.

Your core responsibilities will include:
Identify, qualify and forecast business opportunities
Prepare and deliver strategic presentations and to clients
Build strong customers and partners relationships

The sales process in Foxconn4Tech is significantly different from a product sales company and is focussed on ‘consultative solutions sales’. The role requires ability to understand the customer problems and with other members team create suitable solutions for customers. The typical sales is targeted to the CTO/CEO/CIO/COO level and requires a high level of business maturity in conversations and understanding the Industry 4.0, IoT and ICT fit in the organisation.

Responsibilities:

1. To work closely with senior resources in the organisation to identify business opportunities and convert prospects into sales
2. To meet sales targets
3. To develop and implement sales and Go To Market strategies
4. To manage strategic relationship with clients & key partners
5. Continuous market research that help understand prospects and target markets
6. Understanding the underlying technology, processes and architecture and updating yourself on the latest trends to be shared with prospects to assist in sales process

Requirements:

1. Education : MSc (Ing.) or equivalent
2. At least 5 years of relevant and active direct customer sales experience in consultative selling
3. Proven/demonstrable sales experience with a strong direct face to face sales experience, listening skills, passion for technology and selling solutions and services
4. Experience in presentations to large teams and CEO/CTO/COOs
5. Ability to understand a business scenario quickly and suggest the solutions around the business scenario
6. Strong Interpersonal and communications skills
7. Business oriented personality
8. Efficiency with MSFT office software tools
9. Excellent communication in written and spoken Czech and English
